Corn planting in Nebraska, as of Sunday, stood at 88 percent. Sixty-seven percent of the crop had emerged, compared to 88 percent normal. Soybean planting was 64 percent complete, well behind the 87 average. Thirty-nine percent of soybeans had emerged. Thirty-six percent of sorghum was planted. Winter wheat rated 67 percent good to excellent and 25 percent fair. Pasture and range conditions were called 83 percent good to excellent and 15 percent fair.
